How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Luttaka account and all associated data, please send an email to:

privacy@usable.dev

Include the following in your email:

  • Subject line: “Account Deletion Request — Luttaka”
  • The email address associated with your Luttaka account
  • Your full name as registered on the platform

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Account information — your name, email, and authentication credentials
  • Profile data — any profile information you have provided
  • Event participation data — event registrations, schedule preferences, and meeting requests
  • Device tokens — push notification registrations

What May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained for legal, financial, or operational reasons:

  • Transaction records — ticket purchase history and payment records may be retained for up to 5 years to comply with financial regulations
  • Anonymized event data — aggregated, non-identifiable attendance statistics

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
