1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Luttaka (“the Service”), a event and event management platform operated by Usable, a company registered in the Faroe Islands, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Luttaka provides a platform for event and event management, including but not limited to:

  • Ticket purchasing and management
  • Attendee registration and check-in
  • Event schedule and program management
  • Speaker and panelist management
  • Mobile applications for event participation
  • Organization and multi-tenant event management

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Ticket Purchases

Ticket purchases are processed through Stripe. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following:

  • All prices are in DKK (Danish Krone) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise
  • Tickets are non-transferable except through the platform's ticket assignment feature
  • Refund policies are set by each event organizer and displayed at the time of purchase

5. Event Organizers

Event organizers who use Luttaka to manage their events are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate event information
  • Managing their attendee data in compliance with applicable data protection laws
  • Setting and honoring their refund policies
  • Ensuring their events comply with applicable laws and regulations

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Distribute spam or unsolicited communications
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Usable and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Event organizers retain ownership of their event content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Usable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Faroe Islands and Denmark, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Faroe Islands.
